The bowl is similar to that of the Zalto Burgundy, in that its generous volume is 960ml, but its flat spot on the curve ensures it has a firm place to rest. Most wine lovers use the Gravitas for red wine.

Zalto glasses can go in the dishwasher, and Zalto recommends it: choose the glass or delicate programme at 55°C or lower.
