We want it to be easy and simple to shop at Zaltify.ae, and it is of highest importance for us, that you feel safe, convenient and confident. We will in the following explain the 'play rules' of shopping at Zaltify.ae. The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on Zaltify.ae. Using and placing orders on this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Price Policy
We reserve the right to make price adjustments to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties. All our prices are in Dirhams (AED) and include VAT.
Payment
At Zaltify.ae you can pay with all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Maestro and Mastercard. Please provide your exact billing address, credit card details, e-mail address and telephone number. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. When we have received your order, we send you a confirmation e-mail including total payment amount, shipping details and confirmation number. We will also send an invoice when your products have shipped. Your order will be processed once authorization of your credit card has been received. We first withdraw the money when the products are sent from our warehouse. Please save your invoice and confirmation e-mail as your receipt and warranty certificate.
Shipping, Delivery and Complaints
We deliver your order within 1 to 2 workdays via GLS, UPS or others. We offer free shipping for orders over 200 AED in all UAE. Please double check that you write the correct delivery address with all necessary details. All our shipments are insured. If a received glass has breakage:
- Take a photo and send it along with your confirmation number to uae@zaltify.ae
- If the breakage happened during transport, we will send a new glass to you
We advise you to inspect your products immediately when you receive them. We do not cover self-inflicted breakage, but we will gladly help you purchase a single replacement glass. We provide you with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
Return and Cancellation Policy
Our return and cancellation policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. You can cancel or return your order by refusing the package or returning it to:

- If you cancel your order, we refund the full purchase amount. However, you will have to pay the shipping cost yourself.
- We advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The package and products must be in the same condition as when you received them — do not remove any labels. Glasses must be in original packaging.
- Please include a printed copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect the returned package, the money will be returned to your account. Products cannot be exchanged in any other shops.
